Rates & Fees

The following schedule is current at 30 April 2008. All prices exclude 10% GST (Australian customers only).

Service	Rate	Notes
On-site services	$95 for first hour or part thereof. Additional hours are $85 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.	Minimum 1 hour. Prepayment plans available
Remote Administration	$45 for first hour or part thereof. Additional hours are $35 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments.	Minimum 1 hour. Prepayment plans available Where administration is possible either by phone or remote access methods such as SSH.
Regular scheduled services	Starting at $35/hr.	Here at inzource, you can book a regular service schedule. Our engineers will then visit your site on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. The purpose of these visits is to carry out administration and other assistance.
