Ubuntu Foundations

Total of 12 hours, over four or five days. Minimum of 3 people. Maximum of 9. Starts from $139/person

Ubuntu Foundations is a great course to get people's feet wet in the world that is "Ubuntu Linux". From installation, configuration to fun and games, this course will teach people new to Linux how to administrate their desktop, with the aim of reducing over time the amount of support calls made.

Things you will learn:
  • Installing Ubuntu Linux
  • Installing New programs
  • Basic administration, such as setting the time, adding user accounts


Ubuntu Masters

Total of 18 hours, over five to seven days. Minimum of 4 people. Maximum of 10. Starts from $179/person

Ubuntu Masters is perfect for people who have a passion and love to learn new things! Ubuntu Masters will educate students on the art of Ubuntu Linux administration. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge to remotely fix Ubuntu Linux installations (and other distributions too!).

Things you will learn:
  • Using SSH and other tools to administrate computer problems remotely
  • Saving bandwidth by having a local copy of Ubuntu Linux repositories
  • Set up a server to do multiple tasks, such as serve a website, be a mail server and more!
